The Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior WordPress Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our WordPress-based projects. You should have extensive experience in PHP programming, WordPress plugin development, and a solid understanding of database management.
What we are looking for:
- Develop and maintain high-performance WordPress plugins and themes.
- Optimize website performance through backend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements.
- Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend web development, with at least 4 years focused on WordPress development.
- Profound knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), CPT UI, and custom plugin development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating external services with WordPress.
- Proficiency in version control tools, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range: €3,200 – €6,080 per month
